Mindy Wolfe

Co-Pastor

After growing up in Baptist and non denominational spaces, Mindy was part of the launch team for Life Church Lancaster in 2011. She’s been involved in all aspects of building the church community throughout the years, including serving as Community Pastor and Family Ministries Director. Most importantly, Mindy was a key leader in conversations that led the church into full public inclusion for LGBTQ+ people. She knows what it feels like to navigate the deep waters of disillusionment and shifting faith and continues to ask the deep questions about what it means to be an inclusive faith community for all people in 2024 and beyond.

Mindy stepped into the role of lead pastor in 2021. In addition to her role as Co-Pastor she serves on the board of Launchpad Partners, https://www.launchpadpartners.org/. Having earned a BA in Biblical Studies from Grace College in 2003, Mindy is currently pursuing certification as a Spiritual Director from Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation, where she’s excited to be a part of a new project piloting spiritual direction for high school students in Connecticut.

She lives in Lancaster, PA with her teenage son and enjoys supporting and cheering on her two college students, a theater and music loving Smithie daughter and her Marauder football playing son.
